Alexandra F. Light was selected to create a new piece for the Steps Conservatory. The piece will be performed as part of Steps Conservatory Showcase on Dec 16, 2024 at the Ailey Theatre.

The Steps Beyond Foundation received a grant from The Harkness Foundation for the 2024-2025 Choreography Lab season.

Apply now to LMCC’s 2025 Arts Center Residency. Serving as an incubator for research and interdisciplinary exchange, LMCC’s Arts Center Residency at Governors Island provides free space to New York City-based artists and creatives interested in experimentation, ongoing development, and collaboration. For 2025, we are thrilled to share that LMCC’s Arts Center Residency will offer eight-month studio-based residencies to eighteen artists and creatives working across all disciplines.


CONGRATULATIONS Natasha Adorlee (Choreographer) who won the Palm Desert Choreography Festival on November 9th with Blooming Flowers and the Full Moon. Natasha presented and performed the piece in the Spring 2024 Choreography Lab.
